Take a Lunch Break With This 90s Dance Workout

Sometimes training in lunch break – a good time to practice prudent stand on their hands and balancing on one leg . But if you have a seat and a few willing colleagues, why not turn on “Push It” in the break room and spend five minutes at a dance party?

This hip-hop workout from Keira LaShe lasts just seven movements. You will probably want to preview the video and make sure you know how to do each movement before starting your workout as it doesn’t waste time explaining. But once you’ve figured them out – or decided on your own options, because hey, this is your party – the sequence is easy to follow.

Difficulty : Medium? Depends on how good you are as a dancer ..

Modifications : Keira starts out by “moving home base” with side-to-side strides. You can just do that movement instead of anything you don’t quite understand.

Equipment : No.

Sweat Factor : About what you’d expect from a dance party. Do this and you’ll sweat a lot, but it’s short and there are many opportunities to pause the video for a cool drink.
