Amazon Video for Android Now Lets You Save Movies and Shows to SD Cards
Android: One of the great features of Amazon Video is that you can download shows and movies to watch offline , but those videos can quickly fill up the internal storage on your tablet or phone. Amazon will now let you save videos to SD cards so you don’t overwhelm your device’s internal storage.
This is a small change that is very helpful. SD cards are a cheap way to significantly expand your device’s storage space, and now you can load your favorite shows and movies onto multiple cards when you don’t have a reliable internet connection or just want to save data. There is nothing more annoying if you load your tablet with movies for flight only to find that you have to dump several gigabytes of data to free up space. Now you can simply insert a new card.
Of course, iPhones don’t have SD slots, so this feature is exclusively for Android devices.
