Mix Freshly Dried Pasta With Parmesan for the Most Flavorful Spaghetti
Sprinkling some Parmesan cheese over the pasta is a very common and delicious practice, but if you want each strand of spaghetti to be covered in a salty, nutty flavor, add the Parmesan to them before they become a sauce.
The tip comes from the late Italian food icon Marcella Hazan, who, as you’d expect, had a lot of great cooking tips (which you can read at the link below). To turn regular spaghetti noodles into spaghetti with cheese topping, simply stir in freshly grated Parmesan and Reggiano immediately after draining, then top with the sauce. The cheese will melt right on the pasta, creating some of the most flavorful spaghetti (or penne, or fettuccine) you’ve ever had.
