Get Your Pumpkin With This Mug Pie
Pumpkin pie may be strongly associated with Thanksgiving, but it seems unfair to attribute its consumption to one miserable day. To make a quick pie before your big day, just grab some mashed potatoes and your favorite mug.
Click the link below for detailed instructions, but you’ll start by mashing a couple of ginger flakes and mixing them with a teaspoon of ghee. Squeeze this mixture into the bottom of a mug, and top with a filling of 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, one egg, one tablespoon of cream, two tablespoons of brown sugar, and one teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Place in the microwave for 2-5 minutes, until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean, let cool and swallow.
