8 Reasons Your Weight Fluctuates From Day to Day

Weight changes are difficult to measure. Your weight is not static, but fluctuates throughout the day depending on things like what you ate and your daily activity. In addition to these daily fluctuations, your weight can also increase or decrease by several pounds over the course of a week due to factors that have nothing to do with weight gain or loss.

With that in mind, here are a few reasons why your weight can fluctuate from day to day.
