Look Like a Dumbass but Get a Great Lunch Break Workout

Race walking. It’s like walking, only faster and more fun. It is an Olympic sport, however, so when you train this week you will become a serious athlete.

Christine Prokop, President of the Edmonton Racewalk Club, gives the reporter a crash course in walking for you to follow. There are some stretch marks and technique pointers, and then you can apply what you’ve learned along the way. Athletes can move quickly , but they keep one foot on the ground at all times.
