This DIY Floating Fridge Means You Never Have to Leave the Pool to Grab a Drink

The only thing more divine than swimming in the pool on a hot summer day is swimming in the pool with a refreshing drink, but once you’ve settled down afloat in a donut shape, the last thing you want to do is get out. refresh your drink. Luckily, The Kitchn has a cheap and easy solution to this summer sadness: All you need is pool noodles.

Simply take a plastic storage container and cut the pool noodles into pieces to fit each slide, making sure the ends are cut at a 45-degree angle so they fit well together. Slice each piece of noodles along the bottom, place them around the edges of a storage container, fill it with ice and drinks, and place in the pool.
