Start Your Morning With This 15 Minute Full Body Treatment

Your morning workouts will keep you energized for the day , and this 15-minute full-body routine is perfect for a quick, energetic start in the morning, which will also help you stay fit and in good spirits throughout the day.

This exercise is only 15 minutes long (and shown in the video above), but if you have more time, you can increase the number of reps you do or the time you spend on each exercise. All you need is clothes to sweat in and a mat or towel for your workout. Since so little equipment is needed, you can even take this workout with you on your travels . Here is each exercise and you will find out which part of the body you will perform when doing it.

  • Plank with leg raises (core)
  • Plank (bark, shoulders, arms)
  • Air squats (lower body)
  • Jump squats (glutes)
  • Dive bombers (back, arms)
  • Jacks for boards (core, legs)
  • Side strips (oblique)
  • Climbers (core)
  • Triceps push-ups (arms)
  • High knees (overall strength and endurance)

You can do this exercise by time or number of repetitions. If you prefer time, each exercise should take between one and a half to two minutes. Try to do your best for each rep to get the most out of this short workout and you’ll be done in no time.
