Scheduling Meetings With Other People Based on Your Availability

Finding a good time for everyone to call or attend a meeting often turns into a bad game of email tagging. Calendly makes scheduling very easy by aligning your availability with others.

Connect your Google Calendar to the site and Calendly will know when you have events marked as busy. You can then share the link to your Calendly page and your invitees can make their own appointments with you while working during this busy / unavailable time. Invitees will never have access to your dashboard, which displays all of your appointments, but they can choose from a variety of meeting types – 15, 30 and 60 minute meeting intervals. You can add, remove or customize these types of events.

By default, Calendly assumes an availability period of 9 to 5, Monday through Friday in your time zone, but you can change your daily availability in your event settings. Other settings let you add a buffer before or after any meeting, specify a specific date range for when you’re available, set up email reminders, and more.

The service is free and perfect for one-on-one meetings. It can also be very handy for service providers so that clients can easily schedule appointments with you. However, to get group scheduling or remove Calendly branding, the service costs $ 10 per month.
