Make a Collar From Old Gift Cards
The collar is left to prevent the shirt collars from curling, but they are easy to lose. You can turn an old gift card into a cheap recycled collar rack.
The collar is inexpensive, but gift cards are devalued after you have used them. If you’re stuck in a knot and need some extra reinforcement, use it as a template and cut out some spare (or, if you don’t have one, try using a shirt collar as a template). After you move your loyalty cards to your phone , you can use them as well. Then you have a fresh, clean collar that does not harm the environment.
