Air France appears to be the top choice for premium economy seats (pictured above), with a premium of just 30% for an improved seat (more spacious, with reading light and full-size power outlet in the trunk) that comes with priority check-in. and 2 free pieces of luggage, plus complimentary noise canceling headphones, a toilet set, an entertainment screen and an enhanced food and beverage service.
However, other international airlines charge nearly double the price for their premium seats. They can be worth it if you need more space or plan to get some sleep on the trip, but as with any travel decision, you will have to weigh the costs against the benefits.
