Google Now Adds Gas Stations to Your Route Maps
The latest in a never-ending parade of cards being added to Google Now, you can now find gas stations along your route while you’re driving. Assuming Google guesses your destination correctly, of course.
According to Android Police, Google’s personal assistant will now try to tell you which gas stations are most convenient on your travel itinerary. Curiously, this is not shown as an option during navigation, or even in the maps themselves, where it might be most useful. However, it does appear on a card on the Google Now screen. It seems like it only appears when your car is in motion, and the route is only guessed, but still it is probably better than nothing.
