If you’re lucky enough to have a sleeping bag with a built-in pillow, you don’t need to bring one with you. You will need a piece of memory foam, a gallon-sized Ziplock bag, some foil to close the bag permanently , and some cloth to sheathe the whole thing. When everything is assembled, you can roll it up and secure it with a strap. When you unfasten the strap, the memory foam expands and inflates the pillow on its own.
