Your Foam Roller Can Give You Strength Training

Foam rollers are renowned for their excellent massage : you simply roll the desired part of your body on this comfortable cylinder. But you can also use the roller as part of strength training, where it replaces exercises that typically use an exercise ball or yoga block.

For example, you can do a plank by placing your hands on a roller, which will increase the stability of your core muscles. The roller can also help position your arms in a squat position (holding the roller over you) or in a Warrior 3 pose holding it behind you.
