Google Weather Map Can Now Show Hourly Wind and Precipitation Forecast
Google is constantly improving its weather map by adding more information. In a recent update to the Google app, a new weather map has added hourly forecasts for wind and precipitation in your area.
As pointed out by Android Police, the new feature has been tested on some versions of Google’s weather map for several months, but is now rolling out to a wider audience. When looking for weather information, you can click on the drop-down arrow for more information. This information will now include a breakdown of the wind levels and precipitation that you will see every hour. This should be especially handy when making summer plans.
