Jungle Workspace

Redditor Silence3x has a pretty unique workspace. It occupies one corner of this beautiful solarium and is covered with plants and greenery that are especially beautiful at night, but not slouching during the day. He calls it his “jungle battle station” and we love that.

Silenc3x notes that, by the way, all the plants in these photos are real – in particular, artificial plants are too expensive and do not provide any of the benefits that real plants provide (for example, they purify the air, not to mention how relaxing they are just being around ) and we couldn’t agree more. However, he must have a pretty green thumb. Here’s a general shot so you can see the light streaks around the ceiling, which are perfect when the sun goes down:

These pictures were taken at night, but here is a view of the installation during the day so you can see where the windows are and how it all looks during the day:

Seriously, dive into the Reddit thread below if you’re curious – there are even links to wallpapers. And while you’re there, give them a positive voice. Another big shot of the entire room during the day so you can view the lobby behind:

An absolutely great job and a cozy place to work and play. If you have your own workspace to show off, share it with us by adding it to our Lifehacker Workspace Show and Tell Flickr pool . Make sure all photos you add are at least 1280×720 in size. And adhering to the 16: 9 aspect ratio helps too! Include a little text about what you used, how you came up with the design, and any other important details. If your smart organization and good design flair are striking, you could be the next workplace ambassador!
