I think this is a great idea for several reasons. First, it won’t take your entire Sunday afternoon. You can find a quick marinade recipe , prepare a few of them beforehand and then put them in the refrigerator. From there, all you have to do is toss the meat or vegetables in the morning and then return home and toss them on the stove. Plus, when I manage to cook a meal for a whole week, I always get tired of eating the same by Tuesday. This method gives you a little more variety.
