How to Make Santa Claus Your Navigation Voice in Waze
This is a very special time of the year. You know, precious month and a half, when Santa Claus can “guide your sleigh” with directions.
Waze has officially announced the voice of Santa Claus. The second year is available, the voice is available until January 7, 2019, when, unfortunately, it will disappear (probably until next year).
To go to voice, launch Waze, then go to Settings, then Voice & Sound. From there select “English (US) – Santa Claus.”
There are tons of different voice options in this menu. Waze occasionally gives voice to advertising voices, so if you like Santa it’s worth checking out new features throughout the year. Two of my favorites in the past were C-3PO and Colonel Sanders.
The app also offers “Boy Band” as a voice option all year round, which I can promise from my own experience will convince all those friends who ask you to travel to places where they might want to take the bus.
