Use TouchTunes to Harass Your Local Bar When You’re Not Around
Gaining control of the jukebox can be headbutting, especially if it’s a little drunk. You can use this power for good and play a song that everyone will love (for example, “The Operator” by Jim Croce or “Dan Bilzerian” by T-Pain), or you can play “Monster Mash” 13 times in a row. You don’t even have to be at the bar .
TouchTunes – the popular digital jukebox – is app controlled. You can use this app to play music in the bar you are seated in, or you can use it to play music in the bar you are not seated in. This means that you can get people to listen to a bad song without hearing it for a minute. It all depends on whether the panel in question has TouchTunes, but it’s a fairly popular system. To find participating bars near you, simply download the TouchTunes app and open it to see a list of bars nearby. When you have a goal, purchase credits. Five bucks will bring you 12 credits, $ 10 – 24, and $ 20 – 48.
Now you have some financial decisions to make, and how you proceed will likely depend on how unwell you feel. For four credits, you can play your song next time, and you can keep paying four credits to play your song next time, as long as your budget allows. Maybe you want to play one rather annoying song five times, or one extremely annoying song once, or three very long Phish songs with no breaks in between. It all depends on you and your evil mind. (Be careful with Phish, some freaks would like nothing more than to hear three ultra-long Phish songs, and no one would hate to accidentally bring joy to these people.)
