The Roku Pro Series OLED TV Is Now $400 Off.

Roku’s first OLED TV is already significantly cheaper than many competing models , and Amazon has slashed the price of its 65-inch Pro Series OLED TV from $1,199 to $799, a $400 reduction and the lowest price ever recorded, according to price-tracking sites. For that price, you get a 4K OLED panel that delivers deep blacks and excellent contrast, though at around 496 nits, it’s relatively dim, meaning dark scenes may lose detail in rooms with lots of sunlight or ambient light.
The Pro Series OLED’s key gaming advantage is its 120Hz refresh rate, VRR support, and AMD FreeSync Premium, ensuring smooth visuals in fast-paced games. In a PCMag review, the monitor recorded input lag of just 4.8 milliseconds at 1080p/120Hz and 8.8 milliseconds at 4K/60Hz, earning it a Lab Award for Low Input Lag. This means very little delay between pressing a button and seeing the action appear onscreen, which is especially useful for racing games and competitive shooters. It also features four HDMI ports and support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG, though it lacks Nvidia G-Sync support.
Besides gaming, the TV runs Roku’s proprietary OS, whose simple interface puts your streaming apps front and center, rather than obscuring them with endless recommendations. It supports nearly all major streaming services except Twitch, as well as AirPlay for streaming from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Beyond streaming, you get Wi-Fi 5 for wireless connectivity and an ATSC 1.0 tuner for watching over-the-air broadcasts, though one downside is the lack of hands-free voice control, so you’ll have to use the remote for voice commands.
