In my opinion, 65-inch TVs are the perfect size for most people, provided you have enough space for such a device: it’s big enough that it never feels too small, but not so big that it dominates the living room. Competition among QLED TVs of this size is fierce, but the U7SG offers excellent value for the price: 4K resolution, Dolby Vision compatibility (including HDR10+, HDR10, and HDR10+ Adaptive), Dolby Vision IQ support, and full-array local dimming.
This TV runs Google’s operating system, which is my personal favorite because it allows for seamless streaming from a laptop or phone, and I find it runs faster than all the TV operating systems I’ve tried. It’s suitable for gaming, with a 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate, including FreeSync Premium Pro and Dolby Vision. The built-in speakers are only average, so you might want to consider investing some of the savings in a better soundbar and subwoofer .
