Adjustable Dumbbells Are My Favorite Addition to My Home Gym, and These Sets Are up to 36% Off During the Prime Day Sale in October.
The Amazon Prime Day sale in October , also known as Prime Big Deal Days, lasts two days, starting October 6th and ending October 7th. I’m keeping an eye out for the best deals on home gym equipment , always keeping an eye on adjustable dumbbells.
Adjustable dumbbells are my favorite category because they allow you to adjust the weight from five to 50 pounds (or more!) without the need for multiple shelves of equipment. While individual pairs of dumbbells weighing from five to 80 pounds in five-pound increments would cost over $1,500 (and take up your entire home gym), adjustable dumbbells allow you to condense your entire dumbbell rack into a compact and versatile system. Ultimately, the best strategy when choosing home gym equipment when you’re short on space is to focus on versatility and efficient use of space.
My favorite deal right now is the Bowflex Results Series 552 dumbbells —a pair is $328.98, off the regular price of $399.99. As you might have guessed from the name, they’re adjustable from five to 52 pounds.
Here are a few more adjustable dumbbells that caught my eye during Amazon’s October Prime Day sale:
-
MoldBody adjustable dumbbells cost $212.49 per pair, with a regular price of $329.99. Each dumbbell is adjustable from 6 to 50 pounds.
-
CAP ADJUSTABELL dumbbells cost $224.99 per pair, with a regular price of $299.99. They easily adjust from 10 to 55 pounds in 5-pound increments without the use of knobs, pins, or levers—just turn the handle.
-
The NordicTrack Select-a-Weight adjustable dumbbells are priced at $319, with a regular price of $399. Each dumbbell in this set is adjustable up to 55 pounds, with adjustments available in 2.5, 5, and 10 pound increments.
-
Feierdun adjustable dumbbells are now $161.48 for a 90-pound set, down from $219.99. I’m especially drawn to the ability to use this system with fixed barbells, kettlebells, traditional dumbbells, or individual weight plates. Incorporating kettlebell swings and dumbbell squats into your workout without buying separate equipment? What a godsend!
-
These adjustable UNNMIIY dumbbells are $151.98 for a 90-pound set, compared to a regular price of $259.99. Each dumbbell is adjustable from two to 45 pounds, and thanks to their versatile design, they can be used as dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and even push-up stands.
If you’re looking to build strength at home but are worried about space, adjustable dumbbells are just what you need. And with these Prime Day deals, now’s the perfect time to buy them.
