For this price, you get a device designed to make vacuuming and mopping easier, starting with the Omni docking station. After each cleaning cycle, the docking station can empty the dust bin, wash the mopping attachments, dry them, dispense detergent, and provide the robot with clean water. Amazon also includes a spare dust bin and a bottle of hard floor cleaner, so you’ll have the essentials on hand before you need to restock.
When it comes to everyday dirt, the RV50 Pro Omni robot vacuum is powerful enough to tackle everything from pet hair to the occasional dried-on stain. It can achieve up to 15,000 Pa of suction, and its brush is designed to remove tangled hair, which can be especially helpful if you have pets or long hair that tends to get tangled in the roller. Additionally, the two wet mopping attachments rotate at 180 rpm and stay wet as the robot moves, increasing the likelihood of picking up dirt like dried coffee grounds or sticky stovetop stains. For a home with mostly hard floors, pets, and little patience for emptying containers or rinsing mop heads, this price makes it a reasonable choice, but those with wall-to-wall carpeting would be better served by a simpler model that only functions as a vacuum.
