Lifehacker’s Big Guessing Game Has Begun in Round Two.
Attention, Apple fans! If you’ve been following leaks and rumors about upcoming Apple product announcements, you’re in luck. Lifehacker, in partnership with other CNET Group sites, is holding the second round of its Big Guessing Game . Make your guesses for a chance to win a brand-new Apple Watch.
If you already participated in the first round, you know how it works. For newbies, here’s the gist: Lifehacker is running a guessing game throughout 2026, asking readers to predict what Apple might announce that year. The contest consists of three rounds.

The first round , which ended on June 2, was dedicated to Apple software announcements (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS, etc.).

The second round , which will run from July 7 to 21, will focus on Apple hardware (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Vision Pro, etc.).

The third round , which will run from August 18 to September 1, will focus on Apple’s fall event.
Each round includes five questions about what Apple might unveil during its keynotes and announcements. We won’t know the answers until Apple confirms them, but each correct answer gives you one chance to win the grand prize. CNET Group will hold this drawing at the end of the third round. If you win this drawing, you’ll receive the latest version of the Apple Watch.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in any of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, D.C. You don’t have to limit yourself to Lifehacker’s guessing game: all CNET Group sites (CNET, Mashable, PCMag, ZDNET) also offer their own questions, meaning there will be 75 possible questions across all CNET Group sites and all three rounds. You can answer any or all of the questions on these sites in each round, but please note that each participant can only win one prize. Each of the five sites will announce the winner of their contest shortly after Apple’s fall event.
