Prime Day 2026 continues for another day, and you can still find plenty of great deals on all kinds of fitness equipment . Sure, there are creative ways to set up a home gym—like with adjustable dumbbells or a rowing machine—but nothing beats a good old treadmill. Or, if you’re more into walking than running, a good old walking mat. Below are my favorite deals on treadmills and walking mats I saw this Prime Day.

The NordicTrack T Series treadmill is a folding model, regularly priced at $799 and currently on sale for $624. Choosing cardio equipment can be challenging in an apartment or home where space is limited, but folding models like this one are a great solution.

The Peloton Cross-Training Tread treadmill is on sale for $2,695, down from its original price of $3,295, an 18% discount. The Tread features speed and incline settings like any other treadmill (with an incline of up to 12%), but also supports Peloton streaming content, where instructors teach classes from their own treadmills. (There’s also a Tread+ model with a 15% incline, but it’s not included in the sale.)

The Echelon Stride Sport 40 treadmill is now $762.23, down from $899.99. A few days ago, it was $589.20, so I’m keeping it on the list in case the price drops again. This treadmill has a speed of up to 12 mph and a 10% incline. It features an LCD display and a device holder if you want to use your own device to watch Echelon’s subscription programming.

The Echelon Stride 4S+22 treadmill is now priced at $1,499.99, down from $1,899.99. It features the same speed and incline adjustments as the Sport 40, but adds a 22-inch rotating touchscreen.

For a truly budget-friendly option , consider the Sunny Strider folding treadmill, priced at $349.99 instead of $699.99. It runs at speeds up to 7.5 mph and doesn’t have an incline adjustment.

This Viamotion walking mat is on sale for $99.27, down from $129.99. Compact enough to fit under a desk and easily stored, this walking mat features a moderate 4% incline and is rated for speeds up to 3.8 mph.

This DeerRun walking mat is on sale for $189.98, down from $239.99. The 12% incline should appeal to those looking to incorporate a high-incline walking workout into their workday.

This Merach walking mat is on sale for $273.73, down from $329.99. I’ve personally tested it and can confirm that it’s indeed quiet enough not to disturb your neighbors (or, in my case, a very sleepy roommate).
Before finalizing your booking, please consider the following: accurately measure your space. Make sure the cardio equipment will fit in your room, with doors that open and close properly, and consider how much space you’ll need around the equipment to ensure it’s fully functional.
