Ultimately, the best strategy when choosing home gym equipment when you’re short on space is to focus on versatility and efficient use of space.
My favorite deal right now is the Bowflex Results Series 552 dumbbells —a pair is $328.98, off the regular price of $429.99. As you might have guessed from the name, they’re adjustable from five to 52 pounds.
