During Prime Day, the Oura Ring 4 is on sale at its lowest price ever, with the most significant discounts on the most premium colors: gold, rose gold, and premium ceramic. I expected some discounts, as this is the first Prime Day since the release of the Oura Ring 5 , but the prices turned out to be much lower than I expected—almost 50% off.
I’ve been wearing an Oura ring myself for almost five years now. (I’ve been a member for so long that I even have a lifetime subscription; everyone else has to pay $5.99 per month.) I also have a review of the Oura Ring 4 , which is the version that’s currently on sale.
If you’re wondering what you’ll lose by choosing the Model 4 over the Model 5, it’s almost nothing: the Model 5 has a smaller profile but the same functionality. However, for some people, the Oura Ring 4 does have one significant advantage over the Model 5. The new Model 5 comes in a smaller size range, so if you have a small finger (size 4 or 5) or a large finger (size 14 or 15), the new model may not be the right fit for you.

Ceramic jewelry sells out quickly. Midnight blue is still available in most sizes, as is white. Pastel green and pink are mostly sold out, with the exception of sizes 13, 14, and 15—I still see a few pieces in those sizes.
