New to Prime Day? We’ve prepared a detailed guide for you covering everything you need to know . Discount information is current at the time of publication, but prices and availability are subject to change.
Prime Day featured great deals on several categories of smart home products, including speakers, displays, smart plugs, and robot vacuums. Prices start at $37.99 for a smart plug, and some premium robot vacuum models are discounted by over $400. Below, I’ve grouped the best deals and noted where ecosystem compatibility, subscriptions, or installation requirements may impact the final price.
These smart speakers start at just $65.
Amazon Echo Dot Max : At $64.99 (down from $99.99), the Echo Dot Max is Amazon’s best answer to the HomePod mini, and at that price, it’s cheaper than Apple’s alternative while adding a full-fledged smart home control hub (Zigbee, Thread, Matter) that the HomePod mini lacks.
Amazon Echo Studio : At $174.99 (down from $219.99), the updated Echo Studio is 40% smaller than its 2019 predecessor, but it’s built with the same goal in mind: to be Amazon’s best-sounding smart speaker. Its Alexa+ performance, Fire TV home theater integration, and room-filling sound make it worth considering.
JBL Authentics 200 : At $189.95 instead of $379.95 (50% off), the JBL Authentics 200 is the best argument for buying a smart speaker not made by Amazon or Apple. It supports Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, as well as AirPlay 2 and Chromecast, so families with multiple voice assistants don’t have to choose.
These smart displays from Amazon are discounted up to $80.
Amazon Echo Show 8 (4th generation, 2025) : Priced at $124.99 instead of $179.99, the fourth-generation Echo Show 8 is the most obvious upgrade in Amazon’s 2025 lineup. The 8.7-inch screen is large enough for viewing recipes, making video calls, and streaming video without taking up counter space, and the built-in hub can control compatible smart home devices from the same screen, effectively pulling triple duty. And if you want to bump up the screen size to 11 inches, the Echo Show 11 is also on sale for $149.99 instead of $219.99.
Amazon Echo Show 21 : Priced at $319.99 (down from $399.99), the Echo Show 21 is the family command center of the line: a 21-inch display that can also double as a screen for streaming from Fire TV and mount on the wall to become a full-fledged smart home control panel.
Amazon Echo Hub : The Echo Hub is now $109.99, down from its usual $179.99, and is designed for those whose collection of lights, locks, cameras, and thermostats has outgrown the Alexa app. Place it by the door or on a nightstand, and you’ll have a whole-home control panel that Alexa can interact with. A smart buy for anyone who wants a visual hub for their devices.
These smart sockets and plugs cost less than $40.
Eve Energy Outlet : Priced at $37.99 instead of $54.95, the Eve Energy Outlet is ideal for those who value ecosystem independence. It’s Matter-certified and compatible with Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings, with no need for bridges or accounts—simply connect it directly via Wi-Fi and add it to your favorite app.
Kasa HS300 Smart Surge Protector : The Kasa HS300 is now $37.99 (down from $49.99) and is perfect for a cluttered desktop or entertainment center. Six surge-protected outlets can be individually controlled via the Kasa app, Alexa, or Google Assistant, and three USB ports keep multiple chargers off the floor.
These robot vacuums are discounted up to $435.
Ecovacs Deebot X11 OmniCyclone Robot Vacuum: The price of the X11 OmniCyclone has dropped from $1,099.99 to $699, bringing the flagship robot vacuum into the mid-price segment. Its key feature is its bagless docking station—a Dyson-like cyclonic system that slides out for emptying, eliminating the constant expense of replacing bags. Learn more in PCMag’s full review .
Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 : The Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 has dropped from $1,299.99 to $864.99, making it the leader in this category. It offers sufficient suction for carpets, cleans floors with high pressure, reaches corners, and can overcome thresholds that many competing vacuums cannot. Additionally, Matter support ensures seamless integration with Alexa, Siri, and Google Home.
iRobot Roomba 415X Robot Vacuum and Mop : At $399.99 (down from $799.99), the iRobot Roomba 415X is 50% off and is a top choice for those looking for a virtually fully automated cleaning system without breaking the bank. It combines vacuum and mop functions, features an auto-emptying docking station, and versatile self-cleaning capabilities, all while leveraging iRobot’s decades of experience in navigation and obstacle avoidance.
