For this price, you get the second-generation video doorbell, six Blink Outdoor 4 cameras, the Sync Module XR, and all the necessary accessories to get started, including mounting hardware, batteries, cables, and installation tools.
All cameras and the doorbell are powered by AA lithium batteries (so you don’t have to worry about running power cables or hiring a professional to install a hardwired system), and Blink estimates a battery life of up to two years per kit—though expect a shorter lifespan if your doorbell is in a high-traffic area or the cameras cover a high-activity zone. As for video recording, the video doorbell provides a wider, head-to-toe view, making it easier to monitor package deliveries, and the Outdoor 4 cameras can monitor driveways, backyards, garages, or side entrances—the included Sync Module XR significantly increases the system’s range, allowing you to place the cameras further from your home (up to 120 meters) than many competing battery-powered systems.
When motion is detected, you’ll receive an alert through the Blink app and be able to view live video or communicate via built-in two-way audio.
