If there’s one piece of equipment that every small-space owner should have, it’s a set of resistance bands. They weigh next to nothing, roll up easily and fit in a drawer, and allow you to perform virtually any exercise: rows, bench presses, bicep curls, kickbacks, and lateral steps. A good set will offer multiple resistance levels, allowing you to progress over time without buying new equipment.
