Pixel 9 is the latest in Google’s Pixel line of phones . They were released late last summer, and the 9 Pro and Pro XL were also released. But if you’re happy with an already good camera and would rather save money, the unlocked 128GB Pixel 9 is just $599 (originally $799) after a $200 discount, which is the lowest price since its release, according to price trackers . As most Pixel fans probably know, the budget Pixel 9a is expected to launch sometime this month, which likely explains the new discount on the Pixel 9. If the trend continues, you’ll likely see the Pixel 9a launch for $500 during the pre-order sale. Plus, if the trend towards A-series phones continues , the Pixel 9 could still end up being a better value than the 9a.

One of my favorite things about Pixel phones is the continued support over the years. My Pixel 6A still gets all the updates and lots of AI features that keep the phone looking fresh many years later, with the latest ones coming out last month . With the Pixel 9, you’ll get a quality phone with software updates for a while (up to seven years ).
