The “j” also has a smart map that allows you to specify where you can’t vacuum or mop, which the “i” doesn’t have. If this sounds like a worthy upgrade to you, consider the j5+; otherwise, i5 models can use Roombas for much less.

If you value these upgrades, consider the fancier j9+.
