This Lightweight Android Tablet Is Currently 49% Off

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was originally released in 2020, but it was updated in 2022 with an improved processor and battery life, among other improvements. Right now, you can get the new 2022 model with 128GB of storage for $219.99 (originally $429.99) after 49% off. After looking at price comparison tools, I can say that this is the lowest price this product has ever cost. The 64GB model is also discounted , currently $199.99 (originally $349.99) after 43% off. (Though for $20 it’s probably worth doubling the storage if you can afford it.)

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a solid entry-level tablet for drawing, taking notes, and light gaming. (You can read PCMag’s full review of the 2020 model.) It’s light, hence the name, but not by much compared to the iPad at 1,025 pounds. (For comparison, the 10th generation iPad weighs 1.05 pounds.) It measures 9.63 by 6.07 by 0.28 inches and has a 10.4-inch screen. The processor is a step up from the 2020 release with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G and is powered by the latest Android 14 operating system. In terms of battery life, the 7,040mAh battery should last a couple of days of normal use between charges.

The 8MP main camera and 5MP front camera won’t wow you, but they’re great for daytime shots and video calls. If you’re still holding wired headphones, you’ll be glad to know that they have a 3.5mm headphone jack. It doesn’t have a physical Home button, but it does have volume keys, a power button, a micro SD card slot, and a USB-C port. Thin bezels on all sides give it a premium look similar to the Galaxy Tab S6. At its current price point, this Android tablet is arguably the best value for money you can get right now compared to the competition.
