What’s New in Prime Video and Freevee in December 2023

Prime Video’s December highlights include the second seasons of two original series and an original Christmas movie. First up is the comedy Candy Kane Lane (Dec. 1), starring Eddie Murphy and Tracee Ellis Ross as a couple seeking to win a country house decorating contest in their neighborhood by making a deal with an evil elf.

Next up is the second season of the sports documentary series Coach Prime , which follows Colorado’s top football player Deion Sanders in his first full season in Buffalo. The premiere of two episodes of the six-episode series will take place on December 7. Finally, season two of Reacher , a drama based on the novels by Lee Child and starring Alan Ritchson as former military police investigator Jack Reacher, premieres on Dec. 15.

For sci-fi fans, Prime is also adding five Star Trek films to its library on December 1, including Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, “Star Trek”. : Insurrection and Star Trek: Nemesis .
