If You Still Have Student Loans, at Least They’ll Give You Free Pizza

Back in March 2020, during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, the government suspended student loan payments. Now that the pause is over, a national pizza chain is offering free pizza to those who are back on student loan payments. Here’s what you need to know.

What you need to know about the pizza giveaway

From today until Thursday, November 9, Domino’s will be giving away a minimum of 4,200 free pizzas each day to anyone who needs to renew their student loan payments. As part of this special offer, which began on October 25, Domino’s will give away 67,205 pizzas that would otherwise be worth $1 million.

To be clear, this is not the same as Domino’s Emergency Pizza program , and yes, you can get a free pizza in each program.

How to get free pizza at Domino’s

Every day, free pizza is given out on a first-come, first-served basis. If they’re gone by the time you try to get it, you’ll see a message instructing you to try again the next day.

In this case, the daily offer period begins at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET or when all available pizzas are sold out (whichever comes first).

To be eligible for the free pizza, you must be at least 18 years old and a “legal U.S. resident physically residing in the 50 U.S. states/District of Columbia,” according to company rules.

Here’s what to do:

• Visit this website and if the pizza of the day has not yet been claimed, fill out and submit the online form.
• Shortly after submitting the form, you should receive an email asking you to verify your email address (so you can’t use fake email addresses to get more free pizza).
• Once verified, you will receive an email from verification@dominosemergencypizzaforstudentloans.com with the coupon code and instructions on how to redeem it on the company website or app.

Then when you are ready to activate your code:

• Place an order through the website or app for a medium pizza with two toppings and click “Add to order.”
• Go to cart and select “Have a coupon or promotional code?”
• Enter the code and select “Add”.
• Select “Continue Checkout” to complete your order.

Coupon code valid until Sunday, December 10, 2023.

• There is an additional charge for handmade pizza.
• If you want a free pizza delivered to you, you must meet the store’s minimum delivery requirements.
