Amazon Smart Speakers Will Go on Sale Ahead of ‘big Deal Days’

Amazon’s big deal days don’t start until next week, but early deals have already begun. These include Blink security cameras (up to 60% off), Ring camera bundle (40% off), and Amazon Fire TV Sticks starting at $17.99 .

Also added to the list: Amazon Echo smart speakers . Here are some of the best deals you can find right now.

Prime members can get the Echo Pop for $14.99.

The Echo Pop speaker currently costs $17.99 (originally $39.99) for all customers, and while that’s a lot, there’s an even better deal available for Prime members who’ve never subscribed to Amazon Music Unlimited before :

… The Echo Pop, Amazon’s newest and cheapest Alexa-enabled smart speaker, is currently 87% off (technically) when bundled with a month of Amazon Music Unlimited. Right now, Prime members new to Amazon Music (but not current or returning Music Unlimited subscribers) can get the bundle for $14.99 .

The Echo Pop was released this summer and received an “excellent” review from PCMag for its economy, sound quality and Eero Wi-Fi expansion feature. You can think of this as a budget option for Echo speakers. While it’s not as loud as the Echo Dot and lacks touch and temperature sensors, it matches the Echo Dot in most other features.

If you’re not interested in Amazon Music Unlimited, you can opt for a bundle with Echo Pop and Kasa Smart Plug for $18.98 (originally $62.98), which is currently 69% off. The smart plug can be controlled by voice using a smart speaker or smart home app over Wi-Fi, no central hub required.

The 5th generation Echo Dot is 67% off.

If you’re looking for a slightly more powerful smart speaker than the Echo Pop, then the 5th Gen Echo Dot with Smart Plug Kit, currently available for $23.98 (originally $72.98), is your best and most cheap option. (You can buy just the smart speaker , but the kit with plug costs only $1 more.)

PCMag considers the 5th generation Echo Dot to be a “great” speaker , and in terms of value for money given current offerings, it’s the best smaller speaker available today— the Echo Dot with Clock currently costs about double that expensive. like an Echo Dot without the clock (usually the difference is closer to $10). If you want a larger speaker, the 4th generation Echo (the most recent version of this larger model) is also currently 45% off.

The Echo Studio Smart Bulb Bundle is 34% off.

If you’re interested in the Echo Studio, you can also purchase it bundled with the Philips Hue Color Smart Bulb for $2 more—the pair will currently cost you $156.98 (originally $239.98).
