How to claim compensation from Delta Airlines

This settlement is for Delta Airlines, which has agreed to pay claims that they violated their ticketing contracts by refusing to refund money for flights canceled during the COVID-19 pandemic.

You are eligible for this Delta Air Lines settlement if you have a Delta ticket whose flight was canceled due to COVID-19 between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2021. You should have requested a refund for the canceled flight and have not received or must have had unused or partially used credit as of January 13, 2023.

You can get paid in cash or on credit. Cash payments will pay you back the balance of unused credit; credit payments will keep your unused ticket credits with an additional interest of 7% of the original amount. You will need proof of your flight information and the deadline for filing a claim is September 15, 2023.

How to get compensation from Optimum and Suddenlink

Under the agreement , Optimum and Suddenlink charged hidden fees despite the promise of a fixed monthly fee. The total amount of the settlement is $15 million.

If you are a customer who was charged a Network Expansion Fee, Network Access Fee, Broadcast Station Programming Fee, TV Broadcast Fee, Sports Programming Fee, or regional sports network. you are entitled to this settlement.

You can get from $10 to $27.50. The amounts will vary depending on whether you are a current or former customer and what fees you have paid. No evidence is required to submit a claim. The deadline for filing a claim is September 5th.

How to claim compensation from TTEC Services Corp. and Health Net

This $2.5 million settlement concerns allegations that TTEC Services Corp. and Health Net were unable to prevent the data breach that occurred from March to September 2021.

You are entitled to this settlement if your data has been compromised. You may receive a $100 payout and up to $5,000 in damages or expenses related to the violation. You will need these documents. All class members are also eligible for 36 months of free identity theft protection services. The deadline for filing a claim is September 6, 2023.

How to claim compensation from Hometrust Mortgage

The settlement alleges that Hometrust Mortgage failed to prevent a data breach in 2022 that compromised the names, contact information and social security numbers of many of their customers.

You are entitled to this settlement if your personal information was compromised in the July 2022 Hometrust Mortgage data breach. You can get a refund for any costs associated with a data breach (there is no limit on the payout). You can also claim up to $400 for lost time at a rate of $40 per hour, or choose to pay $50 in cash if you have not suffered an economic loss or lost time. You will also be eligible for one year of free credit monitoring and identity recovery services from Equifax. The deadline for filing a claim is September 11, 2023.

How to get reimbursed from Inventure Foods (TGI Friday’s)

Inventure Foods has agreed to a $900,000 settlement alleging that they falsely advertised their TGI Friday’s Mozzarella Sticks Snacks as containing real mozzarella cheese.

You are eligible for this refund if you purchased TGI Friday’s Mozzarella Sticks Snacks in the United States between January 1, 2017 and July 31, 2022, including many different flavors and types. You can claim up to $6 per household and Refunds are calculated at $0.30 per purchase, with a maximum of 20 eligible products per claim. You must say how many you bought and where you bought them. The deadline for filing a claim is September 25, 2023.

How to get compensation from Dole

Dole agreed to pay over $4.3 million in a settlement that alleges they falsely advertised their fruit cups as containing “100% juice”.

You are eligible for this refund if you purchased certain mislabeled Dole fruit cups between January 12, 2017 and June 27, 2023. You can get a refund up to $9 without proof of purchase. If you have proof of purchase, you can get a larger refund up to $18. The deadline for filing a claim is September 25, 2023.

How to get compensation from Instagram

This agreement is for the Meta, which agreed to pay $68.5 million following allegations that Instagram violated the Illinois Biometric Privacy Act (BIPA).

You are eligible for this agreement if you used Instagram in Illinois between August 10, 2015 and August 16, 2023. You do not need any evidence for this agreement. Each eligible participant will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. The deadline for filing a claim is September 27, 2023.

How to get reimbursed from Music Direct

Audiophile Music Direct has agreed to settle claims that they falsely advertised some recordings as being made with “analogue only” methods.

You are eligible for an Audiophile Music Direct refund if you have purchased and still own new and unused Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MoFi) vinyl records sold as “Original Master Recording” or “Ultrasc One-Step” from Audiophile Music Direct or other retailers between March 19, 2007 and July 27, 2022. You can receive a full refund of your purchase price if you return your records in their original packaging. You can also keep your recordings and receive a 5% refund or a 10% coupon to use on the Audiophile Music Direct retail website. You may need proof of purchase. The deadline for filing a claim is September 21, 2023.
