For years on March 10, Nintendo fans dressed up for themed parties and played their favorite Mario games. According to the Mario Wiki , in 2016, Nintendo decided to make the holiday officially Mario Day . For fans of the franchise, Mario Day has plenty to offer this year, including great discounts on consoles and games. Here are our favorites.
Mario themed Nintendo Switch set
Nintendo has released Mario Choose One Bundle: a Switch console with a red Nintendo Switch Joy-Con and one of three games to choose from – Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe , or New Super Mario Bros. U deluxe . Each of the three games usually sells for $60, but the discount is currently $40 and the game you choose will be digitally downloaded to your console. The package is $300, like a Nintendo Switch would normally be, but it will come with the game included (and some ” Super Mario Bros. Movie Sticker Sheets” tacked to the movie coming out next month). You can buy the set from Nintendo or Best Buy on Mario Day.
