Over the years in the gym, I have amassed a whole collection of straps, bandages, sleeves, belts, and other items that I can attach to my body when I lift weights. Do all these things need every visitor to the gym? Never; I probably don’t even need all of mine. But everyone has a purpose, so I’m here to demystify what they all do and how to know if you need them.
