12 of the Most Egregious Insults in Grammy History
Our sister site The A.V. Club recently reviewed the biggest snubs and surprises among the 2023 Grammy nominations just released . All the dizzying omissions (such as the failure of the magnificent Traumazine Megan Thee Stallion to be nominated for anything ) made me think of the worst Grammy snub in the history of music. There are a ton of them, but I’ve narrowed my list down to a dirty dozen of times the Grammys totally missed the mark. Consider this a lesson in how not to be musically out of touch with reality – listen to these songs and albums and banish the imaginary winners from your memory forever ( if you can ).
