When will The Proposal premiere on Paramount+?

Production on The Proposal (April 28, premiered three episodes) was just beginning when the original cast of Armie Hammer, cast as film producer Albert S. Ruddy, was exposed on Twitter as a weirdo; he was subsequently replaced by Miles Teller, who made headlines himself for his anti-vaccination beliefs and forced the production to shut down after contracting COVID . If you’re looking for a throwback less controversy-drenched but with a running time that feels about as long, Paramount+ will be presenting an updated version of Robert Wise’s director’s cut from 1979’s Star Trek: The Motion Picture on April 5th. This big-screen remake of the infamous but franchise-launching film Trek was originally put together during the heyday of the DVD boom and has hardly been released for 20 years since, because the new effects sequences were only finished in standard definition. Soon you will be able to take a full 143 minutes of naps in stunning 4K HD.
