When I think of Paul Thomas Anderson, the cold atmosphere of the party usually does not occur to me. More like the tragic-comic poignancy with a touch of cocaine in the porno drama Boogie Nights or the surreal operatic waves of the capitalist era like the apocalypse There Will Be Blood .
