What’s New in Hulu in December 2021

While its original series doesn’t always have the highest value compared to competing services, Hulu is quietly creating one of the strongest catalogs of original content in the peak broadcast era – the recent delights of Only Murders in the Building are just one case. to the point (slightly conceived pun).

If you like the How to Train Your Dragon franchise, then there is the Nine Worlds spin-off series (December 23), which will take the action to the present day, when a long-hidden population of dragons in the world suddenly appears and approaches cities (this seems to be the best way to get to the metro than the metro). In terms of films, I was intrigued by Mother / Android (December 17), in which Chloë Grace Moretz plays a woman fleeing a war between humans and artificial intelligence with her boyfriend; and Dead Asleep (December 16), a true crime documentary that explores the intricacies of a case in which a man is accused of murder … in his sleep.
