17 Spooky Exercises to Add to Your Halloween Workout
The spooky season will find you wherever you are, including the gym. While you can do creepy-sounding exercises like Skull Crushers and Devil Abs any time of the year, now is the perfect time to add a few exercises to your workout routine or try them all.
Some of them are only for their own weight, while others use a barbell, a pair of dumbbells, or a pumpkin (yes, really). We’ll do some good warming up exercises, then get to the heart of our workout and finish with a little recharge. Don’t feel like you have to do all of the exercises on the list; it is rather a menu from which you can choose.
