7 Delicious Ways to Consume an Old Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

If, like me, for some reason it always seems to you that there is always a supply of condensed milk with sugar in the back of the cabinet, it may be time to finally use it up. I always kept at least a couple of cans on hand in case of an emergency, which has increased to a good half dozen in the past 18 months due to a lack of milk last year. (As a coffee fanatic who loves cream in my coffee but hates dry cream, I really don’t want to be left without a good source of coffee creamer.)

Sweetened condensed milk is a great source of shelf-stable dairy products, but it doesn’t last forever. While the initial impulse is to use it in coffee – which is always acceptable – there are also a number of other ways you can use this can, many of which are both easy and convenient to prepare.
