How to Get a Refund for a Revoked Peloton Tread

While 2021 was a great year for Peloton’s earnings – including the publication of their $ 1 billion first quarter – it was not so good in terms of security. It all started in February, when Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has received a report about the fact that a child of three was a “serious head injury” after the accident at one of their treadmills, and a month later was followed by the report, which referred to another The Peloton treadmill model with the death of a child.

After spending April resisting the CPSC’s request to recall its Tread + treadmill, Peloton backed down, announcing a voluntary recall of both treadmill products that were reportedly causing injuries. Here’s how to find out if your review is included in a review, and if so, how to get a refund.

Which treadmills are included in the recall?
