Track Your Workouts in 2021 With This Bubble Calendar

If you’ve been one of those nerds who’ve always loved the stuffing of Scantrons, you’ll love this printable habit tracker. Created by Reddit user u / Propelissa, this is the complete 2021 calendar in bubble-fill format .

The creator says it was modeled on the calendar that Fleet Feet sent in as a prize for challenging Strava. This version is available in print-friendly 8.5 “x 11” or 8 “ x 10″ if you prefer.

The idea is to use it to track your workouts throughout the year, filling in the circle every time you go for a run or register a workout at the gym. But you can use it for any habit you want.

As we wrote earlier, there is real power in rewarding yourself with nifty little symbols of commitment , like sticky notes on a chart or check marks on a calendar. You are not working for a prize because the real prize is worthless. Instead, the reward is that you visualize your own perseverance and dedication. The more you do, the more proof you have to prove to yourself that you are actually a runner, or an athlete, or a person who gets shit done.

If you do a variety of activities, consider using a rainbow of pencils or markers to jot down what you do every day, such as running in red and strength training in blue. Or you can color-code your workouts by intensity. Or borrow jogging coach Jenny Hadfield’s mood tracking: red if your workout is challenging, orange if it went well, yellow if you’re feeling great.
