Get $ 1,000 to Spend on Small Business This Holiday Season
Not everyone is exchanging gifts this holiday season, but if so, then you should consider shopping at local small businesses. After eight months of the pandemic, the shops and restaurants in our neighborhood have been more supportive than ever. In fact, 1.4 million to 2.1 million small businesses in the US could close permanently in just the first four months of the pandemic. In addition to shopping at local establishments, you can also sign in to get $ 1,000 to spend on small businesses this holiday season. Here’s how to apply.

Business.org is looking for someone to invest $ 1,000 in at least three small businesses , online or in a store, in line with COVID-19 safety regulations in your area. (And no, Amazon third-party sellers are not eligible for small purchases.) The selected candidate will communicate their experience to the site, including details on small business customer service, price, and products.
How to apply
To apply for $ 1,000, you must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. The process involves filling out this form and explaining in 100 words or less why small business support is important to you. And unlike many dream job contests, the winner will be chosen based on the quality of their application, not at random.
Just be sure to get it soon — the deadline is November 30 at 7:00 pm ET. The winner will be notified by email no later than December 3, 2020, giving you enough time to receive gifts for yourself and / or others on your list.
