The Best Thing to Eat and Drink for the Best Taste of Bodily Fluids

Private pieces will never taste like chocolate cake or glazed donut – and that’s okay. The natural smells and tastes of our bodies are part of human sexuality, and as long as you are healthy, there is nothing wrong with the way the universe created you. But there are a few things you can eat and drink to “smell and taste better.”

According to the Kinsey Institute , fruits (especially citrus fruits, bananas, and papaya), spices (among others, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mint), parsley, wheat germ, and celery improve the taste of semen. Cigarettes, caffeine, red meat, onions and garlic make it taste worse.

For women, our Jezebel partner site recommends pineapple, celery, yogurt, red grapes, cranberry juice, plenty of water, mint, watermelon and strawberries. What should you avoid? Beer, coffee, alcohol, asparagus, most dairy products, onions, shallots, meat and fish.

If you’re really worried about your taste in bed, add these items to your shopping list the next time you go to the grocery store. However, if you have a partner who attaches great importance to these things, the problem probably has nothing to do with you.
