Soothe Your Election Anxiety by Spending Some Time With Polar Bears

The last presidential debate in this election season may be over, but we are not yet fully clear – there are still 10 days left until election day, and who knows how many more days or weeks (or months) there are until there is a result. In other words, these stressful times will persist for the foreseeable future. Plus a pandemic.

Each has its own stress management method, but if you’re looking for a new one, we have a suggestion: Live Streaming Adorable Polar Bears. Here’s how to spend (virtual) time with these furry friends.

How to watch a live broadcast of a polar bear

This view of polar bear life is courtesy of Polar Bears International and Explore.org . The live stream has already started ( you can find it here ) and shows polar bears from Churchill, Manitoba.

So what will you see? According to Polar Bears International , you can “watch mums and cubs cuddling, sparring males and lone bears clumsily pacing the snowy tundra.”

And starting November 1, which marks the start of Polar Bear Week and coincides with the annual migration of bears to Churchill, Manitoba, they come together to wait for Hudson Bay to freeze over. they can go back to hunting seals.
